I can say with confidence that the office staff is fabulous! Dr Kennedy is as well. I’m feel like I am heard when I talk and she works hard to find great solutions. I’ve already referred 2 great friends to her and they are equally as happy with their care.

My experience with Dr. Kennedy was good. I appreciate her thoroughness and the health promotion education that she provides. The only complaint I have is that the some of staff I encountered (the person who checked me in and the person who checked me out) called me sweetie, sweetheart, and dear. I know there is no ill intent associated with these terms, but I find the use of them to be demeaning, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. I highly doubt they would ever refer to Dr. Kennedy as sweetie or sweetheart. I expect the same level of respect.

I live Dr. Kennedy and her staff… they are kind and compassionate and listen. I do wish she was able to stay a bit more on time… I cut a conversation short with my son that lives in Japan short so I could go to my appointment… only to wait over an hour and half past my appointment time in the waiting room. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars!!!

I'm so glad my primary doctor recommended Dr. Kennedy to me. She has been so helpful in trying to pin point my issues with menopause, harmones and thyroid condition. She and her whole staff are amazing! So helpful and nice in all that they do. Excellence!!!!
